Cancellations, Refunds & Transfers

We do not have a refund policy, as once tickets are paid for, they are considered final, but can be transferred.

If you're unable to attend the conference, you can transfer your registration to someone else at any time, even on the day of the event. Please note that an extra fee may apply if the new attendee does not qualify for the same rate.

A delegate place can be transferred to another conference taking place in the same year, if the request to us is received more than 14 working days before the conference. Additional charges may be applicable. A delegate can only transfer their place once, after which they will incur a 15% administration fee.

All ticket transfer must be made in writing to booking@mergevents.com. We have put considerable effort into planning and organizing the event, and your ticket purchase helps support its successful execution. We encourage you to review the event details and make an informed decision before purchasing your tickets. In the case of the cancellation of the conference or the change of the conference date, MERGE will not be held liable for any travel or hotel costs associated with the booking.
